The coating process utilizes 100% UV Acrylic Lacquer, resulting in a scratch-resistant final product. The UV-based paint we use has low or even zero volatile organic compounds (VOCs), thanks to photopolymerization, eliminating the need for solvents to evaporate. Our Roller Coater line is integrated with the Sandteq W 300 sanding and brushing machine, offering a high-capacity operation that can process 45 sheets per hour, making the panels ready for immediate packing.
